Improve Operating Efficiency
We endeavour to deliver a 10-50% improvement in operating efficiency in any process through fixing problems that limit performance.

Due Diligence
Ahead of any project, we do a scoping exercise to identify if there is genuine opportunity in the business. If we find that there isn’t any opportunity, then we don’t progress. This stage is free of charge.

Assessment
If we do find opportunity, then we will progress to do an assessment to identify the specific opportunities and value them.

Project
Projects typically last 2-6 months and this is where we deliver the improvement. We work shoulder to shoulder with the team and leave them with the tools to drive future improvements themselves. There are no capex requirements.

Paschal has a broad experience working on complex problems and through Vector applies/ trains in problem solving methodology to Irish and UK engineering and output focused businesses. Paschal leads on the scoping and assessment phase of engagements as part of the due diligence process.
Deirdre Lynch BSc

Deirdre has over 6 years working with top FSTE 100 companies across the US and UK. Before joining Vector, Deirdre worked with a Global Management Consultancy company as an Operations Improvement expert. Deirdre has experience across Manufacturing, Transport, Retail, Consumer Business, Professional Services and TMT. Deirdre specialises in Process Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Programme Planning and Strategic Cost Management.
Ciaran Kelly MA, BASc
Applied Psychologist | University of Ulster
Ciaran is the Organisational Development lead focusing on Leadership & Team Development and Change Management across a wide range of businesses. Ciaran's background is as an applied psychologist specialising in meta-cognition. This focuses on increasing self-awareness, which is a key driver in understanding the need for improvement and correcting behaviours on the road to change. Ciaran has a First Class Master Degree from the University of Ulster and has lectured in the University of Limerick before taking up this role in optimising business performance.
